We are unique, contemporary, fun and bold, and are seeking an organised and proactive Enrolments & International Student Officer to join our Community Relations team on a part-time, 3-month fixed-term contract.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Community Relations and working closely with the International Student Coordinator, this role forms part of the College's dynamic Community Relations team and plays an important role in supporting the College's International Student Program. This is a varied role with a strong focus on administration, student support and program coordination. You will provide administrative support across the International Student Program, including maintaining records, coordinating student arrivals and orientation activities, supporting compliance requirements, managing communications and assisting with the day-to-day operation of the program.

As a member of the Community Relations team, you will collaborate with colleagues across enrolments, admissions and community engagement while providing practical support to international students and contributing to initiatives that help students feel welcomed, connected and supported within the College community.

The successful candidate will be highly organised,



culturally aware and passionate about supporting young people from diverse backgrounds to thrive within our College community.

This is a part-time, fixed-term contract for approximately 30 hours per week over a three-month period. This role requires flexibility at times to support international student arrivals, student activities and occasional events outside of normal working hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support across the International Student Program, including maintaining accurate records, documentation, databases and correspondence.
- Assist with compliance, reporting and other administrative requirements associated with the International Student Program.
- Respond to enquiries and provide professional, timely support to students, families and other stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day support and assistance to international students as they transition to life and study in Australia.
- Build positive relationships with students, families, homestay hosts and College staff.
- Coordinate and support student wellbeing, social, cultural and community engagement activities.
- Assist with the coordination of student arrivals, orientation programs and onboarding activities.
- Support homestay administration, including communication with homestay hosts and record keeping.
- Assist with airport transfers and other practical arrangements for international students as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Enrolments Team as required, including assistance with enquiries and enrolment related activities.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in administration, customer service, education, student services or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when required.
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity when working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement and respond appropriately to changing situations.

A current unrestricted driver's licence is required for this position.
