Our school has a current enrolment of 780 students from Prep to Year 6. About the Role

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Provide instructional leadership across the Upper School, drawing on solid curriculum knowledge and expertise in Literacy, student engagement and inclusive practices to improve learning outcomes for all students.

Lead the development and implementation of a shared vision for learning, working collaboratively with the Leadership Team and school community to establish high expectations for student achievement, staff performance and continuous improvement.

Promote an inclusive and socially just school culture,



advocating for the needs of all students and building positive partnerships with students, families, staff, agencies and community organisations.

Provide strategic and future-focused leadership, contributing to whole-school planning, responding to emerging priorities, engaging in ongoing professional learning, and ensuring alignment with relevant policies, legislation and departmental requirements.

Lead effective school operations and resource management, strategically managing staff, curriculum, financial and physical resources to achieve identified goals, while deputising for the Principal when required.
