Recognised for our commitment to excellence, integrity and long-term partnerships, we are seeking a highly capable Events and Marketing Business Partner to join our Corporate Affairs team.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role at the centre of the business, responsible for sub brand reputation, stakeholder management and the delivery of a national program of corporate, community and industry events. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, you will manage relationships with key stakeholders and lead the delivery of large-scale B2B events such as the rugby lunch and leadership masterclass events, smaller B2B luncheons, internal and Foundation events, and events connected to projects, community engagement and sponsorships.

You will project manage all milestones in relation to the event schedule, working with key stakeholders to obtain decisions, while also supporting the marketing elements around these events, including coordinating staff headshots, production of collateral and posting on social media. You will be a proactive, organised and relationship-driven qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people, brand and events together.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate delivery of large-scale B2B events, including the rugby lunch and leadership masterclass events.

- Manage delivery of Buildcorp Foundation and internal staff events

- Support delivery of other Buildcorp events as required, which may include project events, community engagement & sponsorship

- Act as project manager for all events,



owning and executing every milestone against the event schedule and working with key stakeholders to obtain timely decisions.

- Manage event budgets, source venues, and manage key relationships to secure strong delivery outcomes.

- Coordinate executive attendance at events, including briefings and run-of-show requirements.

- Oversee event production end-to-end, including run sheets, bump-in/bump-out and on-the-day delivery.

- Support production of all marketing and event collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, invitations, signage and print materials.

- Responsible for the reputation of Buildcorp's sub brands across corporate and community-facing activity.

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, project teams, clients, industry partners and community groups.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

You are an experienced Events, Corporate Affairs or Marketing and Communications professional who brings:

- Demonstrated experience coordinating corporate, B2B or community events.

- Experience managing brand or sub brand reputation.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of a business.

- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple event milestones and deadlines concurrently.

- An understanding of marketing and social media content production.

- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
