Hey there, it’s Victoria. I’m looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Content Producer to join me across She’s on the Money and Zella full time.
Both businesses are entering an exciting period of growth and change, and a big focus for me over the next few months is making sure we have the right structure, people and support in place to set ourselves up for a really strong 2027.
This role will be a big part of that.
I’m looking for someone who can become a genuine right hand to me across both businesses. Someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across a broad mix of priorities, but who also understands content and can help us capture more of what is already happening day to day.
The role combines executive support, project coordination and content production.
You’ll help manage my calendar, priorities, meetings and follow-ups, while also staying close to what is happening across She’s on the Money and Zella so you can help keep projects moving and make sure things don’t fall through the cracks.
A really important part of the role will also be content.
Over the next year, we’re leaning much further into video and founder-led content across She’s on the Money, Zella and my own platforms.
There are already so many moments across recordings, events, speaking engagements, meetings and the day-to-day running of the businesses that could become great content. We just need someone close enough to the action to help us capture and use them properly.
This role is full time and based in Hawthorn East.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support me across She’s on the Money and Zella, including:
- Managing my calendar, meetings and priorities
- Helping me prepare for meetings, recordings and speaking engagements
- Coordinating travel, logistics and schedules
- Keeping track of actions and follow-ups
- Helping make sure commitments and projects keep moving
- Researching options and helping solve problems
- Coordinating projects across different members of the team
- Helping organise shoots, recordings, locations and events
- Supporting larger projects including courses, campaigns and launches
- Providing ad hoc coordination and research support across the team when needed
You’ll also support content production, including:
- Filming face-to-camera content
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content from studio days, events,
meetings and speaking engagements
- Taking photos and building a useful library of B-roll and content assets
- Editing short-form social video
- Helping produce Reels, trial Reels and founder-led content
- Working closely with our Brand & Creative Lead to make sure content feels visually consistent
- Working with our Executive Producer on content that needs to be captured or produced
- Supporting video deliverables for partnerships where required
You don’t need to be a professional videographer. You do need to be confident capturing good content, understand short-form video and be comfortable editing content for social platforms.
The kind of person who will thrive in this role
You’re highly organised, reliable and naturally proactive.
You’re someone who notices what needs to happen and is comfortable taking the next step without needing every detail mapped out for you.
You enjoy variety and you’re comfortable working across different parts of a business.
Some days will be heavily focused on executive support and organisation. Other days might involve coordinating a project, filming content, helping prepare for an event or working with the broader team to get something across the line.
Ideally you
- Have experience in executive support, administration, project coordination, content or a role that combines some of these areas
- Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
- Have strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Communicate clearly and follow through
- Are confident managing calendars, deadlines and logistics
- Are comfortable working across different teams and priorities
- Have experience filming and editing short-form content
- Understand social media and what makes content engaging
- Have robust judgement and attention to detail
- Are discreet and trustworthy
- Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment
You don’t need to come from finance. What matters more is that you’re genuinely interested in the businesses,
the work we do and being part of a team that is building something ambitious.
Why this role is special
This is a really unique opportunity to work closely across two growing businesses and be involved in a broad range of work.
You’ll have visibility across the businesses, work closely with me and the wider team, and play an important role in helping us operate more effectively while also building out the way we approach content.
We’re making some meaningful changes to how the team is structured, investing more heavily in content and video, and setting both businesses up for a really strong 2027.
For the right person, there is a lot of opportunity to grow with the role as the businesses continue to evolve.
A note about location
This role is primarily based in Hawthorn East and is designed to be hands-on and collaborative.
There will absolutely be flexibility, but this is not a fully remote role.
A significant part of the value of the position comes from being around me, the team, recordings, shoots and the day-to-day activity of the businesses.

[email protected] and include:
- Your resume
- A cover letter telling me why you’d love to work across She’s on the Money and Zella
- Any examples of relevant content, social work or projects you’ve helped create
Your background does not need to fit perfectly into one category. You might come from executive support with a strong interest in content, or from content and production with excellent organisational skills.
That combination is exactly what we’re looking for.
A small note before you apply In the first line of your cover letter, please include the words “I’m on it.”

Tell me about a time you noticed something needed to happen before anyone asked you to do it. What did you notice, what did you do and what was the outcome?
We’re not looking for a perfect answer.
We simply want to understand how you think, how you approach problems and what being proactive looks like to you.
We can’t wait to read your applications.
