Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full time, hybrid role, with head office based in Barangaroo, Sydney, with flexibility for some work from home. This role provides high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of documents and presentations.

Assistant will manage expense reports, support project coordination, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
The role requires proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, organizing and maintaining records, and anticipating executive needs.

Assistant will also contribute to improving administrative processes and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar, meeting, and travel management.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, file organization, and task prioritization.
- Candidates should possess experience in managing Expense Reports and basic financial administration.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) are expected.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented or marketing-focused environment is an advantage.
