Renown Group Australia

Adelaide

Experience Required: 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role

About Renown Group Australia

Renown Group Australia is a private lending and financial services group operating across non-bank asset-backed and property finance, mortgages, and private credit for wholesale and sophisticated investors. Headquartered in Adelaide, we work at pace across credit, legal, marketing, and business development — and we're looking for someone who can keep two senior leaders organised, informed, and ahead of the curve.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our Founder, based in Adelaide, and our General Manager, based in Sydney. This is a rare dual-principal EA role — you'll need to be comfortable managing competing priorities across two senior stakeholders in different cities, building trusted working relationships with both, and acting as a central point of coordination between them.

You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks: diaries are managed, travel is booked, meetings are prepped, correspondence is handled with discretion, and both leaders can focus on the decisions only they can make.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complex, shifting calendars for the Founder and General Manager across time zones and priorities
- Coordinate interstate travel, meetings, and accommodation between Adelaide and Sydney
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, board papers, and correspondence
- Act as a first point of contact, screening and prioritising communications on behalf of both leaders
- Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, brokers,

and external partners
- Coordinate internal communication and follow-up between the Founder, General Manager, and broader team
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement
- Support with document preparation, minute-taking, and basic project coordination
- Organise events, offsites, and team functions as required
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks across the business

About You

- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable senior administrative role, ideally supporting C-suite or founder-level executives
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion — comfortable handling confidential commercial and financial information
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and calendar management tools
- Experience in financial services, legal, or professional services is highly regarded but not essential
- Based in or willing to relocate to Adelaide

Why Join Renown Group

- Work directly with senior leadership across a growing private lending and financial services group
- Genuine variety — no two days are the same
- A role with real influence over how the business runs day to day
- Supportive, close-knit team environment

How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover note outlining your relevant experience.
