Eating House Rowville is seeking a skilled barista to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis—with daytime weekday shifts only.

No nights. No weekends.

Enjoy the fast pace and social atmosphere of hospitality while keeping your evenings and weekends free.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

- Preparing consistently excellent coffee during busy services
- Managing a high-volume coffee section confidently and efficiently
- Texturing milk and producing well-presented latte art
- Adjusting grinders and maintaining espresso quality throughout the day
- Providing warm, professional customer service
- Keeping the coffee station clean, stocked and organised
- Monitoring milk usage, coffee wastage and product consistency
- Assisting with other front-of-house duties when required
- Opening and closing the coffee station correctly

Our coffee setup includes a three-group La Marzocco machine, grind-on-demand grinders and an automatic tamper.

What we are looking for

- Proven barista experience in a busy café or restaurant
- Strong espresso preparation and milk-texturing skills
- Ability to maintain speed,



quality and presentation under pressure
- Sound knowledge of grinder adjustment and coffee extraction
- Friendly and confident customer-service skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a robust work ethic
- Availability for regular weekday daytime shifts
- Australian working rights
