enis’s Carpentry is looking for an experienced carpenter / leading hand to join our crew.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a job, lead the crew, make decisions and keep things moving without needing constant direction.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ carpentry experience
- Solid leadership skills and confidence running jobs
- Able to organise and direct other workers
- Confident working independently and problem-solving
- Strong measuring, setting-out and plan-reading skills
- High standard of workmanship
- Reliable and takes responsibility for their work
- Own tools and reliable transport
- ABN and White Card
- Sydney-based work

Good hourly rate, negotiable based on experience and ability Ongoing work for the right person

We’re a small crew looking for someone who naturally takes the lead, uses their initiative and can run a job when required.
