Managing a portfolio - local to St Kilda and inner suburbs
All duties required in managing a portfolio
Full leasing team
Administration Support
1 in 5 Saturdays just for OFIS overflow
About you
1 + Years Experience with managing a residential portfolio
Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence
Experience using a Property Management program being;
Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
Corporate Attire
Excellent Communication & Written skills
