About the Role

We're looking for experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) to provide high-quality clinical community care to clients across the Aged Care and Disability sector. This role offers dedicated 1-on-1 client care, giving you the time and space to genuinely focus on the outcomes that matter most.

Casual, Permanent Part Time and Full Time positions are available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Catheter Management — independently manage, insert and remove Suprapubic Catheters (SPC) and Indwelling Catheters (IDC)
- Wound Care — manage both simple and complex wound dressings
- Medication Administration — safely manage medications and monitor clients' clinical health
- Care Collaboration — work alongside clinical leadership and families to deliver safe, person-centred care plans

About You

- Minimum 2+ years' clinical experience in SPC/IDC insertion and removal, complex wound care, and medication administration
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable car
- Current National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons) and Working with Children Check




- NDIS Worker Screening Approval and Orientation Module completed (or willing to obtain)
