Operating across DTC, department stores, marketplaces, collaborations, and international retail, we are entering a new phase of global growth and are seeking a commercially minded merchandising leader to help scale our assortment with greater precision and consistency.

The Opportunity
n
This is a high-impact global role responsible for improving how we plan, range, allocate, and replenish products across all channels and markets.
n
The successful candidate will combine commercial analysis, assortment strategy, inventory planning, and cross-functional leadership to ensure that our hero products remain consistently available, our colour architecture is coherent across categories, and our inventory investment is aligned with demand.
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex merchandising challenges and wants to influence both revenue growth and customer experience in a fast-moving luxury business.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop global assortment plans across handbags, small leather goods, tech accessories, and travel categories, including assortment depth, pricing tiers, and core, seasonal, and limited-edition colour architecture.
n
- Analyse sales, inventory, margin, inventory turn, and customer demand at SKU and colour level to identify opportunities and risks.
n
- Build rolling forecasts, replenishment plans, inventory budgets, and initial buy quantities by product, channel, and region.
n
- Manage in-season performance through reforecasting, allocation, replenishment, chase, and markdown recommendations.
n
- Develop channel and region-specific assortments across DTC, department stores, wholesale, marketplaces, and pop-up retail, including account-specific assortments and exclusives where appropriate.
n
- Partner with Product and Creative to bring commercial and customer insights into collection development and future assortment decisions.
n
- Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing on product priorities, launch sequencing, and campaign visibility.
n
- Monitor competitor pricing, product strategies, consumer trends, and market opportunities to inform assortment and pricing decisions.
n
- Partner with Procurement on buy targets, costs, and delivery windows, with involvement in cost and quality decisions that impact margin or brand standards.
n
- Monitor and report on sell-through, stock cover, margin, inventory turn, aged inventory, and overall category performance, including Open-to-Buy and inventory governance.

What We're Looking For
n
n
- 4-8+ years' experience in merchandising, buying, assortment planning, merchandise planning,
or inventory planning within premium, luxury, fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle brands
n
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making capability
n
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is highly desirable
n
- Ability to balance brand vision with commercial discipline
n
- Experience working across multiple sales channels and international markets is highly regarded
n
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders across creative and commercial teams
n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, founder-led environment
