I'm currently working on an exciting prospect for a senior Enterprise Architect to join a large, complex organisation and play a key role in shaping its future technology landscape.

This is a genuine enterprise-level architecture position — you'll be working across business and technology, helping translate strategic objectives into practical technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.

What you'll be doing

- Lead and evolve the Enterprise Architecture function, frameworks and standards
n
- Define target-state architectures, reference architectures, blueprints and technology roadmaps
n
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into architecture
n
- Provide architectural direction and oversight across major enterprise initiatives
n
- Guide Solution Architects and ensure solutions align with the broader enterprise direction
n
- Identify gaps, risks and opportunities across the technology environment
n
- Influence technology selection,

- Bring a pragmatic, modern approach to Enterprise Architecture and technology transformation

What we're looking for

n

n
- 5+ years' experience as an Enterprise Architect
n
- Experience within a large, complex organisation
n
- Strong background in Solution Architecture and enterprise-scale technology delivery
n
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and non-technical stakeholders
n
- Practical experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies
n
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, roadmaps, standards and target-state design
n
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
