About the Role

As our NSW operations continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join the team. This isn’t a role for someone looking to cruise through the day. We want someone who knows their trade, takes ownership of their work and cares about what leaves the workshop.

You’ll be working across fabrication requirements for our commercial and industrial fencing projects, including gates, frames, fencing components and custom steelwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fabricating gates, frames and fencing components

- MIG welding and general steel fabrication
- Cutting, grinding, drilling and preparing materials
- Reading and working from drawings and measurements
- Completing custom fabrication, modifications and repairs
- Working closely with our project and site teams
- Ensuring finished products meet project requirements
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and presentation




- Keeping your work area organised and operating safely

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who backs their ability and knows what quality fabrication looks like.

You’ll need

- Recent and relevant fabrication and welding experience
- Strong MIG welding skills
- Experience working with steel
- Ability to read drawings and work accurately from measurements
- Confidence using fabrication tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong understanding of workplace safety

Relevant trade qualifications, tickets and licences will be highly regarded.
