Facilities and Contractor Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Facilities and Contractor Coordinator to join our team in our Perth office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinate day-to-day contractor activities across the site, acting as the key point of contact during works and ensuring contractors are working safely and in line with site requirements.
- Manage contractor documentation including SWMS/SWPs, permits, inductions, compliance checks, and close-out records.
- Maintain workshop tool calibration records and coordinate calibrations to ensure tools remain safe, accurate, and compliant.
- Coordinate routine and reactive facilities maintenance activities to minimise downtime and support daily operations.
- Arrange contractors for general site works including minor repairs, grounds, gutters, and working-at-heights tasks.
- Maintain accurate records using Word, Excel, and Outlook, supporting audits and internal compliance checks with well-organised documentation.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance, with excellent attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
- Practical, hands-on experience in an industrial, workshop, trade,
or site-based environment.
- Confidence working with contractors, reviewing documentation, asking the right questions, and following tasks through to completion.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet required deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy, including the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Desirable experience includes a forklift licence, Working at Heights or similar site tickets, experience reviewing SWMS/permits, or a trade/maintenance workshop background.
