CUT-RITE Flatpack is seeking a hardworking and reliable Factory Hand to join our team in Miranda, NSW.

This is a full-time permanent position, offering $35–$50 per hour, based on proven ability.

You will be involved in the day-to-day production of kitchen cabinetry and related components and working as part of our factory team.

What you'll be doing

- Assembling cabinets
- Assisting with the manufacture of kitchen and cabinetry components
- Operating factory machinery and equipment
- Assisting other team members as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Following workplace procedures and production instructions

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in manufacturing within the cabinetmaking, joinery or kitchen industry is essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- Reliable,



punctual and willing to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new machinery, processes and production methods
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Australian working rights are required

This is a full-time day-shift position.
