Plastic Solutions Australia (PSA) is seeking a reliable and hands-on Factory Hand / Driver to join our team based in Arndell Park. This is a varied role involving warehouse operations, hire equipment maintenance, order preparation and customer deliveries.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Servicing and maintaining hire equipment, including braces and props, using power tools to remove debris and residue.
- Safely storing and maintaining hire equipment to a high standard.
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods, checking quantities, quality and paperwork.
- Assisting with stock counts, recording shortages and ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe warehouse and driveway environment.
- Completing and managing relevant delivery, stock and warehouse paperwork.
- Driving company vehicles or trucks to assist with customer deliveries.




- Supporting the wider team with general warehouse and factory duties as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a reliable, positive and hardworking attitude.
- Enjoys hands-on work and working as part of a team.
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
- Understands the importance of workplace health and safety.
- Can safely perform manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Has positive organisational and communication skills.
- Holds a current driver's licence and forklift licence and is confident driving company vehicles.
- Has previous warehouse, factory, delivery or equipment maintenance experience (desirable).
- Has experience using power tools (desirable).
