We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Account Manager with a fashion background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion setting, communicates clearly and confidently, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating orders and production timelines, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring every stage of the process runs smoothly from development through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Update weekly production documents for clients and internal teams.

- Communicate directly with clients in native-level English, ensuring clear updates and timely follow-ups on orders and samples.

- Monitor all steps of the production process with strong attention to detail.

- Identify issues early and resolve problems independently.





- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of fashion production experience.

- Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production workflows.

- Excellent organisation, memory, and time-management skills.

- Strong problem-solving ability and fast learning capability.

- Fashion Business qualification.

- Native or near-native level proficiency in Mandarin or Vietnamese.

- Australian permanent residency or citizenship required.

Preferred Additional Qualities

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

- Familiarity with production tracking tools (e.g., Excel).

- Positive, proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
