Having been recently aquired by Reliable Construction Solutions, We’re growing our commercial capability and looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in thier work.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced fencing installer to join our install crew. This role is casual to start with a pathway to permanent. You’ll work across a mix of commercial and residential projects across the Central Coast and surrounding areas.

The Work

Projects may include

- Diplomat / security fencing
- Chainwire fencing
- Automated Gates and hardware
- Residential fencing

Key Responsibilities
- Install fencing and gates to a high standard
- Set out jobs, measure accurately, and work from plans/specs where required
- Concrete posts, hang gates, fit hardware, and complete finishing works
- Use power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, secure worksite and follow WHS requirements
- Communicate professionally with the team, clients, and site contacts





About You
- Proven experience as a fencing installer (2+ years minimum)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
- White Card (required)
- Driver’s licence (required)
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling physical work

Nice to Have
- Experience with security fencing, chainwire, commercial fencing
- Gate installation experience (swing/sliding) and hardware
- Welding/fabrication experience
- Truck licence or machinery tickets
