About the Role

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will help service a portfolio of locations across Perth.

You will travel between sites in a company vehicle, keeping our machines stocked, clean, well-presented and operating reliably. You will be expected to maintain our standards, deal with straightforward issues as they arise, and keep the operations team informed.

This is not a standard retail merchandising role, and it is not a technical trade position. It combines retail presentation, stock replenishment, basic troubleshooting, and semi-independent field work.

The role will suit someone who enjoys being on the road, staying active, and taking responsibility for getting the job done properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Travel between multiple sites across Perth each day
- Restock machines and maintain consistent stock levels
- Ensure machines are clean, well presented and correctly arranged
- Identify & resolve straightforward faults using basic tools and provided training
- Record stock, servicing activity and issues accurately using digital systems
- Communicate regularly with the operations team
- Occasionally travel within WA to support operational requirements

This is an active role involving regular driving, walking, lifting, carrying stock and working across multiple locations. You will need the fitness and energy to maintain a consistent standard throughout the day. How We Expect You to Work

You will work semi-independently, but you will remain connected to the wider operations team.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Take ownership of their schedule and responsibilities and use initiative to resolve normal day-to-day issues
- Think through a problem and offer practical suggestions, rather than simply reporting that something is wrong
- Provide clear updates, including what happened,



what has been checked and what action is recommended
- Follow established processes while using sensible judgement in the field
- Raise emerging issues early rather than allowing them to become urgent
- Follow tasks through to completion and confirm the outcome

You will have support when you need it, but you must be comfortable making day-to-day decisions and keeping others appropriately informed.

- Organised: able to plan your day and complete all required visits and records
- Detail-focused: attentive to presentation, stock levels and machine condition
- Practical: comfortable using basic hand tools and completing simple fixes
- Communicative: stays in touch, provides useful information and asks before proceeding when necessary

Industry experience is not required. Full training will be provided, but you must already be comfortable working independently, maintaining retail presentation standards and dealing practically with problems in the field.

- Full Australian working rights
- Full, valid Australian driver’s licence
- Availability for full-time weekday work
- Willingness to travel across Perth and occasionally within WA
- Ability to safely complete the active and physical requirements of the role
- Confidence using digital systems and basic hand tools
