About the role

Clean by Design is a premium exterior asset care business working across Sydney's Upper North Shore, Forest District and Northern Beaches. We do not sell cleaning. We protect the value of exceptional homes through a documented, deliberate process.

We are looking for 1-2 experienced field representatives to work our home territory. You will walk the streets we already service, introduce the brand to homeowners in person, and convert interest into either a direct booking or a scheduled site assessment.

This is not a scripted, volume-based canvassing role. Our homeowners are informed, time-poor and sceptical of anyone at the door. The representative who succeeds here is the one they are willing to spend four minutes with.

What you will do

- Cover a defined territory across the Upper North Shore on foot
- Represent the brand at the door with credibility and restraint
- Explain our services and process in plain language, matched to the property in front of you
- Book qualified site assessments and close straightforward work on the spot
- Leave a professional impression on every property, whether or not there is interest
- Record activity and outcomes accurately in our system each day

What you bring

- Demonstrated field or direct sales experience with verifiable results
- The judgement to read a property, a homeowner and a situation correctly




- Presentation and conduct suitable for high-value residential streets
- Current driver licence and reliable transport
- NSW Police Check and right to work in Australia
- If contracting: ABN, public liability cover and your own tax and insurance arrangements

What we provide

- Full service-specific training on our process, surfaces, treatments and pricing
- Branded presentation materials and property-specific proof from completed work
- Defined territory with no internal competition
- Direct access to the business owner, not a call centre

Earnings We are open on structure. For experienced operators working under their own ABN, we pay a fixed fee for every qualified site assessment we attend, plus a percentage of completed job value. For candidates who prefer an employed arrangement, we will discuss a retainer against commission. Either way the rate is negotiable and set against your experience and demonstrated sales volume. Average job value and commission is high and the territory is under-serviced.
