Finance Business Partner

Kinbridge Partners is partnering with a large, established organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner – Logistics & Supply Chain.

This is a hands-on commercial role partnering closely with senior leaders across logistics, transport, warehousing and distribution. You’ll be close to the operation, using financial and operational data to drive performance, challenge thinking and support better decision-making.

The Role

Working closely with the GM Logistics & Supply Chain, Transport Manager and Distribution Manager, you will:

- Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance across logistics, warehousing and distribution
- Analyse key cost drivers including freight, storage, labour, fuel levies and third-party logistics (3PL) costs
- Identify opportunities across route efficiency, labour utilisation, warehouse capacity and distribution networks
- Provide insightful analysis of performance against budget, forecast and prior periods
- Support cost optimisation and operational improvement initiatives
- Deliver monthly performance reporting with clear commentary on key drivers, risks and opportunities
- Partner with operational managers throughout budgeting and forecasting




- Support month-end activities and maintain strong financial controls

About You

You’ll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and understanding what drives business performance.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Management Accounting or a similar role
- Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, warehousing or another high-volume operational environment
- Robust budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills
- The ability to turn financial and operational data into practical commercial insights
- Confidence partnering with and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, curious and collaborative approach

CA/CPA qualification would be highly regarded.
