You'll drive budgeting, forecasting and BD modelling, with regular exposure to the CEO and C-suite. Fast-paced, high-growth business.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with your GM and their Business Operation Managers
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and BD financial modelling
- Run monthly P&L; reviews for your region
- Manage customer billing reconciliations and contract alignment
- Deliver ad hoc analysis on under/overperforming sites

Skills & experience





- Commercial finance background, ideally partnering with operational teams
- Confident in Excel for modelling and reporting
- Strong communicator who can translate detail for non-finance stakeholders
- Nice to have: exposure to multi-site retail, hospitality, leisure
- Nice to have: Power BI or D365 Business Central experience

About the team You'll report into an experienced, well-regarded finance leader running a close-knit, collaborative team, backed by a strong data & analytics function. Most of the team have young families, so there's a genuine understanding of what that requires.
