We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with solid accounts payable experience to join the QAL Finance team. This role can be worked flexibly with up to two days’ work from home to support your work-life balance.
This mid-level role requires a collaborative, team-focused approach to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. If you’re resilient, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, you’ll excel managing tasks like invoice processing, account queries, executing payment runs and managing the process for the business. Together, we work efficiently to keep all financial processes running smoothly.

You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a busy team and support shared goals. Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling important, recurring tasks over the long term is essential.

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing of payments within the Group.
- Reconcile monthly statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Schedule and execute payment runs in line with company terms.
- Handling accounts responsibilities in the absence of other team members on leave.
- Complete End of Month processes as required and associated reporting.
- Training the business in purchase order and goods receipting processes.
