Who This Role Suits

This is a brilliant role for someone who is curious, a robust critical thinker and genuinely motivated to learn. You might be a recent finance or business graduate, still studying finance, or you might already have some experience in financial planning, lending or client service.

You will work across financial planning, mortgage broking, real estate, ASX listed shares/managed funds/ETFs, superannuation, insurance, tax and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the first point of contact for new and existing client queries

· Assist with client meetings, communications and administrative tasks

· Build relationships with team members and external professionals

· Support compliance and maintain accurate client records

· Implement advice with strong attention to detail and assist with reporting

What You Will Bring

· Enthusiasm to learn and grow in financial services

· Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Experience with Adviser Logic is a plus (but not essential)

· Experience in financial planning, administration, lending or client service is a plus (but not essential)
