This isn't a traditional in-house accounting role, nor simply month end reporting.

It's an opportunity to apply your aged care financial accounting expertise across a variety of organisations, systems and business challenges.

You'll work alongside experienced Stewart Brown Partners, Directors and consulting professionals on financial management, reporting, analysis, modelling and project work.

The opportunity

You'll partner directly with CFOs, executives and finance teams, helping organisations strengthen financial performance, improve processes and navigate an increasingly complex sector. One week you might be supporting a provider through month-end and reporting requirements.

The next, working on forecasting models, financial analysis or broader finance projects.

Success in this role comes from being adaptable, commercially minded and comfortable working with different client environments.





You'll enjoy variety while deepening your understanding of how different aged care providers operate.

You'll bring

- Strong Residential Aged Care finance experience
- Exposure to Home Care will be highly regarded
- Experience managing month-end and year-end processes
- Strong management and financial accounting capability
- Financial modelling and analytical skills
- The ability to quickly understand new systems, processes and client environments
- Confidence working with CFOs, executives and finance teams
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- A flexible, adaptable and solutions-focused approach

CA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards completion.
