Set amongst the hills on the edge of Melbourne, we're a one-of-a-kind pub in a one-of-a-kind location, built around great hospitality, a strong local community and a team we're incredibly proud of.

We're busy. We're ambitious. We care about what we do. But we've never wanted to lose what makes a great local pub special — knowing our regulars, welcoming new faces, looking after each other and creating the kind of place people genuinely want to spend their time.

Now we're looking for another excellent person to become part of it.

The chance

We're looking for a Floor Supervisor who loves hospitality for what it really is — people. Someone who gets a kick out of a packed dining room, remembers a regular's name, notices when a table needs looking after and isn't afraid to jump in alongside the team when things get busy.

You'll work closely with our venue management team to lead services, support our people and help create the warm, genuine hospitality Panton Hill Hotel is known for.

You might already be an experienced supervisor.

Or you might be the bartender, waiter or hospitality all-rounder everyone already turns to when things get busy — and you're just waiting for someone to give you your first real opportunity to lead.

You'll need to be comfortable working nights and weekends — that's when our venue comes alive and when great supervisors make the biggest difference.

You'll work directly alongside an experienced management team, learn how a busy pub really operates and gradually take on greater responsibility as your capability grows.
