Floor Assistant – Progression Opportunity to Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and responsible Floor Assistant to join our restaurant team, with the potential to progress into a Floor Supervisor role.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping the restaurant clean, organised and running smoothly, while also having the confidence and communication skills to work with and support the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Keeping the dining area clean, organised and well presented
- Clearing and checking tables regularly
- Washing pots, pans and dishes
- Emptying and maintaining bins
- Regularly checking and maintaining toilet cleanliness
- Assisting with general cleaning and restaurant duties
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Communicating clearly and professionally with staff and customers
- Helping train and guide recent team members
- Making sure restaurant standards and procedures are followed
- Taking initiative and helping the floor run smoothly
