Redcape Hospitality is looking for Front of House Staff to join the team at Leumeah Hotel, working across our bar, gaming room and bottle shop.

You might bring experience behind the bar, on the gaming floor, in a restaurant or in retail. You don’t need to know every area already—bring your customer service skills and a willingness to learn, and we’ll help you build confidence across the venue.

You’ll get to know the regulars, work alongside an experienced team and develop a broader set of hospitality skills.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcome customers and provide friendly service across the venue
- Prepare and serve drinks, keeping the bar stocked and ready for service
- Look after gaming guests and follow responsible gambling procedures
- Help bottle shop customers with purchases, process sales and replenish stock
- Keep service areas clean, safe and well presented
- Work with your teammates to keep service running smoothly

What we’re looking for

- Experience in hospitality, retail or another customer-facing role




- A friendly manner and confidence chatting with customers
- Someone who works well with others and is happy to help where needed
- An interest in learning and working across different parts of the venue
- Current NSW RSA; RCG or willingness to obtain before working in gaming
- Availability across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
