We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic staff for a variety of hospitality roles, including Hospitality Managers. Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and support hospitality teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards
- Act as the main point of contact for staff, clients, and stakeholders during shifts or events; and coordinate workforce requirements
- Provide clear direction, guidance, and on-the-job support to team members
- Monitor staff performance and address issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, workplace policies, and safety requirements
- Manage attendance, punctuality, and late arrivals,



escalating issues where required
- Handle operational challenges, incidents, or urgent staffing matters calmly and effectively
- Communicate updates, changes, or instructions clearly to staff and management
- Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
- Maintain accurate records, reports, timesheets, and workforce documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet staffing and service needs
- Assist with planning and coordination for peak periods or high-volume operations
- Maintain a qualified presence and represent the organisation positively at all times

Your Profile

- Previous Hospitality Team Leader/Workforce Coordinator experience in premium events; 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality setting is highly regarded
- Valid RSA and Food Handler Cert (Essential)
- Experienced in 3-Plate Carry and Drink Tray Handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable Grooming & Appearance
- Ability to manage operational issues in real time
- Client-focused with a commitment to service excellence
- Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting staff

We are hosting interview sessions regularly. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend one of these sessions.
