Grants Meals is looking for experienced Food Production & Packing Team Members to join our production team and assist with the preparation, packing and handling of our food products.

We currently have two casual positions available:

- 1 x 30–35 hours per week
- 1 x 15–20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 5:30am starts

Reporting to the Business Manager, these roles are based at our production kitchen in Springvale, VIC.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in food production, packing, manufacturing or a commercial kitchen is preferred
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Comfortable working on a fast-paced production line
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality – hand-eye coordination is essential
- Valuable understanding of food safety and hygiene




- Able to follow instructions and work consistently to production targets
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling stock
- Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- A genuine team player who is happy to help wherever needed
- Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Takes pride in their work and understands the importance of getting the details right
- Willing to learn, take feedback and develop new skills
