Footgear, a leading retailer of quality footwear and accessories, is seeking passionate Sales Assistants to join our team across Brisbane. We have opportunities in multiple stores including Indooroopilly, Carindale, Chermside & DFO Skygate. In this casual role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and suggesting products to meet their needs
- Maintain a neat and organised store appearance by restocking shelves, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed
- Actively participate in sales and promotional activities to drive store performance
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and product knowledge
- Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential for enthusiastic candidates)
- Must be flexible to work a range of shifts across weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
