We are currently seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter for long-term, ongoing work based at Garden Island. This is a non-FIFO role, ideal for candidates based in Perth looking for consistent, stable work on a secure site.
What’s on offer
- ? $65 per hour + super (TFN / PAYG) / $77.5 PTY
- ? Monday to Friday (full time hours, 11 hour days)
- ? Long-term, ongoing work
- ? Not FIFO – local position

Key Responsibilities
- Constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately
- Installing and stripping shutters safely and efficiently
- Working collaboratively with site teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in formwork carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Must have own tools and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Must hold a valid Police Clearance (clean record required)
- Willingness to complete onboarding for a high-security site
- Preference given to candidates living south of the river
