Ingleburn Sand and Soil is a family owned and operated concrete supply and landscaping yard located in Ingleburn, NSW. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Front End Loader Operator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for loading tippers, ute's and trailers, concrete plant hoppers, pushing up incoming material, unloading deliveries, machine and vehicle maintenance, and general yard duties.
The ability to operate a forklift would also be an advantage. The position is Monday to Friday with Saturday work and overtime opportunities available.
This position is full time.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate front end loader.
- Load and unload in-coming deliveries efficiently and with care.
- Capable of lifting up to 20kg.
- Capable of climbing stairs/ladders/into the loader.
- Assist with yard operations including equipment and machine maintenance, cleaning and organisation.
- Perform pre-start inspections.
- Report hazards and repairs to supervisor.
- Maintain material quality and avoid cross contamination of products.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assisting with yard sales
- Complying with WHS,
PPE and safety requirements
- Following company policy and procedure
Qualifications and attributes The candidate must have:
- Front End Loader Certification
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Driver's Licence history check.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Sounds written and verbal communication skills
- Sound customer service skills
- Team player
