Fresh Produce Receivals & Customer Service Team Member

Casual | 15–25 hours per week

Location: Carole Park, QLD

We are looking for a reliable and friendly team member to join our busy fresh produce operation in Carole Park. This varied role combines receiving incoming produce with providing helpful, professional service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include receiving and checking fresh produce deliveries, ensuring quantities are correct and products meet our quality standards. You will help organise stock within the warehouse, complete receival paperwork and assist with general warehouse duties when required.

The customer service side of the role will involve assisting customers with enquiries, processing orders and providing friendly support over the phone, by email and in person.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be reliable, punctual and well organised
- Have a friendly and professional approach to customer service
- Be comfortable working in a busy warehouse workplace




- Have good attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Be physically fit and able to safely handle cartons of fresh produce
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have previous warehouse, produce or customer service experience—preferred but not essential
- Hold a current forklift licence—an advantage, but not essential

This is a casual position offering approximately 15–25 hours per week. It would suit someone looking for a varied, hands-on role with a combination of warehouse work and customer interaction.
