Lets Get Support are looking for a dedicated and efficient Office Manager to be the heart of everything we do and help make a real difference every day. This role is a hands on leader role. Managing and allocating day to day within the office
Experience in the NDIS sector and SCHADS Award would be an advantage.
This positionwill be a minimum of 30 hours up to 38 hours per week
Key responsibilities
- Managing client services and coordinating NDIS Support services
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance and service delivery
- Analysing data to generate reports for program sustainability and viability
- Communicating and cooordinating with administration team and support coordination teams to ensure support is scheduled as requested
- Motivating and coaching the service team to achieve performance objectives while maintaining a high standard of service
- Provide professional and calm communication with staff to facilitate a positive work workplace and with participants so they feel safe and supported.
- Ensuring business processes are followed for compliance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to meet strategic objectives and maintain high service standards
The responsibilities of an NDIS Office Manager include:
- Planning, organizing,
and coordinating the administrative functions of the business to ensure efficient office operations and high-quality administrative support across NDIS, and other supports provided.
- Supporting the management team and improving office systems and procedures.
- Coordinating administrative staff and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining participant records and administrative documentation in accordance with NDIS, and other supports provided.
- Preparing administrative and operational reports for senior management.
- Monitoring office expenditure and assisting with schedules of supports for participants.
- Liaising professionally with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, hospitals, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinating workplace health and safety administration and office compliance requirements.
- Supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the ongoing development of administrative systems and processes.
- These responsibilities highlight the importance of the NDIS Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the NDIS program and the overall support provided to individuals with disabilities.
Pay: $35.00 – $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 38.0 per week
