The company partners with leading Australian specialist EMRs such as Genie and Gentu, embedding AI into existing workflows to elevate practice performance and user experience.

What you'll do

- Ship features end to end.
- Build and maintain integrations with practice management systems.
- Work on real-time audio and voice systems.
- Build with LLMs in production and evaluate output quality.
- Work directly with product, clinical, and data science colleagues to turn real problems into shipped software.

Our Stack:

- TypeScript end to end: React on the front end, Node (NestJS) and PostgreSQL on the back end.

Qualifications:

- Startup or scale-up experience is a must.



You're comfortable with ambiguity, you own problems end to end, and you'd rather ship and iterate than wait for a perfect spec.
- Experience building products on top of LLMs.
- - A track record of delivering production-grade web applications across the stack.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, solid experience with React or a comparable framework, and experience building secure, scalable APIs on Node. NestJS specifically is a bonus.
- Good fundamentals: relational databases, API design, and testing.
- You collaborate well with non-engineers and can translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions.
- You use AI tools in your daily engineering work and have a sense of where they help and where they don't.

Nice to have:

- Cloud platform experience.
- Healthcare or another regulated industry.

The Details:

- Full time, on-site in Sydney (1-2 days working from home per week)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- You must have the right to work in Australia.
