You'll be delivering aviation fuel to a wide range of locations, including airports, remote cattle stations, aviation operators and regional customers, with plenty of variety and long-distance work. This role involves operating MC fuel tanker combinations and working independently on remote and long-distance deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering aviation fuel to airports, remote cattle stations and regional locations
- Operating MC fuel tanker combinations
- Loading and unloading bulk fuel safely
- Completing all required Dangerous Goods and fuel delivery documentation
- Maintaining accurate fuel and delivery records
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and keeping equipment clean and well maintained
- Working independently on remote and long-distance deliveries
- Following strict safety, Dangerous Goods and aviation fuel handling procedures
About you
- Current MC Driver's Licence
- Current Dangerous Goods Licence
- Proven experience operating heavy combination/MC vehicles
- Fuel tanker or bulk liquid transport experience
- Solid safety record
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Good communication and paperwork skills
- Flexibility to undertake regional and remote work
