Position Overview

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team based from Moorebank. This role is ideal for an entry-level technician, someone with a trade background looking for a change, or an individual with transferable mechanical and electrical skills who is eager to learn. You'll receive extensive training while working alongside experienced technicians maintaining and servicing automatic door systems across Sydney.

What You Will Do

n

- Servicing and maintenance on automatic door systems.
n
- Complete service reports, customer documentation and inventory transactions using an iPad.
n
- Manage vehicle stock and maintain accurate records.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing dormakaba onsite.
n
- Work safely and in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements.
n
- Collaborate with fellow technicians, schedulers and field managers to deliver outcomes.

What We Require

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
- Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical understanding.
n
- Confidence using tablets, mobile technology and digital systems.
n
- A safety-first mindset and robust attention to detail.
n
- Police Check
n

- Mechanical or electrical trade experience or

- Working at Heights, EWP, Scissor Lift or Forklift- or willingness to acquire

- Working With Children Check. – or willingness to acquire
