Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest for an Executive General Manager – People & Culture to shape workforce and culture strategy across Defence & National Security services. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will drive workforce planning, capability, and employee experience in a large-scale, regulated healthcare workplace.
You will provide strategic advisory to senior leaders, oversee workforce governance, IR, policy, and data analytics, and ensure alignment with
