Job Description

Carers Victoria is seeking a Regional Carer Navigator to lead community-based engagement in Loddon, Campaspe & Goulburn. The role focuses on designing and delivering group events, building connections and referral pathways for unpaid carers, and strengthening cross-sector partnerships.

The 0.6 FTE, 3-days-per-week position involves travel within the catchment, independence, and a person-centred, inclusive approach.
