Grampians Health, Dimboola campus, is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide strategic leadership across clinical and non-clinical teams. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care in a residential aged care setting and oversee nursing and support services campus-wide.

Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will drive quality improvement, ensure Aged Care Standards compliance, and work with regional senior leaders to sustain excellence in aged care delivery.
