Funeral Arranger/Funeral attendant Full Time or Part Time | Warriewood

Wilson Family Funerals is a family-owned and operated funeral business based at Warriewood on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and reliable Funeral Arranger to join our small, close-knit team in a full time role. Part Time for the right applicant.

This position suits someone who is calm, empathetic, and able to support families with professionalism and care during times of grief.

Key Responsibilities

- Meeting with families to arrange funeral services with sensitivity and respect
- Coordinating funeral details, documentation, and schedules
- Preparing Order of Service booklets and picture presentations
- Playing picture presentations at services and venues
- Providing administrative and operational support to the team
- Attending funerals

Essential Skills & Attributes

- Genuine empathy and compassion when working with grieving families
- Strong organisation and attention to detail




- Reliable, professional, and well presented
- Ability to work effectively within a small, supportive team
- Clear communication skills and a calm, respectful manner

Technical & Practical Requirements

- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using Canva
- Understanding of picture presentations (preparing and playing)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Justice of the Peace (JP) or willingness to become one
