Spring is here and things are about to get very busy at Mr Mow Man!

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and positive person to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for the right person to move into permanent full-time employment.

We’re happy to work with people around their individual circumstances and what they need from work. Whether you're looking for casual hours, more regular work or ultimately a full-time position, we're open to having a conversation with the right person.

About the role

Our work is varied and includes:

- Lawn mowing and edging
- Whipper snipping
- Hedging and pruning
- General garden maintenance
- Weeding and garden clean-ups
- Green waste removal
- Using a range of professional gardening equipment
- Working across residential, commercial, strata and aged-care properties

As we head into spring and summer, our mowing schedules ramp up, so we're looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and work hard.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and punctual
- Has a strong work ethic and isn't afraid of hard work
- Takes pride in doing a job properly
- Has a good attitude and works well as part of a team
- Is respectful and professional with customers and their properties
- Can work independently when required
- Is physically capable of performing outdoor gardening and mowing work
- Has good attention to detail
- Is willing to learn and take direction
- Can represent Mr Mow Man in a friendly and professional manner

Previous gardening, mowing,



landscaping or property maintenance experience is preferred, but we're happy to consider someone who has the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. A few must-haves

Because you'll be working across different properties and operating company vehicles and equipment, you'll need:

- A current Australian driver's licence
- A good driving record
- The ability to pass a National Police Check
- The right to work in Australia
- A reliable way of getting to work
- Good communication skills
