This is a subcontract role for a grounds maintenance specialist with Corporate Lawns Plus. You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of multiple Body Corporate sites in Morningside and surrounding areas, ensuring they remain well-presented and welcoming.
What you'll be doing
- Mowing, edging and trimming lawns and gardens
- Weeding, maintaining garden beds
- Pruning and shaping shrubs, bushes and trees
- Removing debris and litter from gardens and grounds
- Liaising with residents to ensure high standards are maintained
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in gardens and grounds maintenance, ideally with Body Corporate and commercial settings
- Basic knowledge of horticulture, landscaping and related matters
- Own vehicle with all associated tools, equipment, and PPE (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valuable time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to health and safety practices
- A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
