About the opportunity An established hospitality business in the Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced General Manager / Licensee to lead day-to-day operations and develop a high-performing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines sound commercial judgement with a strong focus on food, beverage and guest service. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of venue performance and help shape its continued success.
The role
- Lead daily venue operations and maintain consistent service standards.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a capable hospitality team.
- Create a positive, proactive working environment and lead by example.
- Oversee the food and beverage offering with a focus on quality and the guest experience.
- Use reporting and analysis to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
About you
- Previous hotel management experience, including knowledge of bar, food and accommodation operations.
- Current RSA and RCG certificates.
- A practical, hands-on management style and the confidence to lead independently.
- Strong people skills, sound judgement and a professional approach.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to consistent standards.
Experience with hospitality technology systems, reporting and analysis, and an understanding of local customer needs and business drivers will be highly regarded.
