You will gain exposure to projects that create sustainable communities, support prosperous industries and strengthen regions across Western Australia - including Elizabeth Quay, Alkimos, Ocean Reef Marina, the Australian Marine Complex, Subi East and Broome.

What You Will Gain Commencing in February 2027, this hands-on program gives you the opportunity to:
- Complete rotations across Operations, Strategy, Engagement and Business Development, Corporate Services, the Office of the CEO, Planning and Assets
- Work alongside experienced teams and build professional relationships across the organisation
- Contribute to meaningful, large-scale projects and attend site visits
- Develop practical skills and a broad understanding of the land and property industry
- Be considered for permanent employment following successful completion of the program.
Up to two graduates will be selected for the 2027 program. You could be a great fit if you
- Completed an undergraduate degree at an Australian university in 2025 or 2026
- Are proactive, curious and ready to learn
- Have an interest in land, property or creating better places for communities
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others
- Bring strong research,
analytical and problem-solving skills
