Are you a recent Finance, Accounting or Commerce graduate interested in a career that combines finance, technology and problem-solving?

Join our 12-month Graduate Academy and build your career in SAP Finance (FI/CO) - the systems and processes that support financial and management accounting across a large and complex organisation.





You don’t need previous SAP experience. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in finance or accounting who is curious, analytical and ready to learn how technology can solve real business problems.

Working Alongside Experienced SAP And Finance Professionals, You Will Gain Hands-on Experience With SAP FI/CO And Develop An Understanding Of How Financial Processes Are Translated Into Systems, From Budgeting And Cost Management Through To Financial Accounting And Reporting.

During The

Program, You Will

- apply your finance and accounting knowledge in a real-world environment.

- learn how SAP FI/CO supports financial and management accounting processes.

- gain hands-on experience with SAP systems, processes and configuration.

- support projects, system testing, analysis and continuous improvement.

- work with finance teams, SAP specialists and stakeholders across the City.

- investigate problems and help develop practical system and process solutions.

- build valuable skills across finance, technology, consulting and stakeholder engagement.

You will be supported throughout the program with on-the-job learning, experienced professionals and the development opportunities offered through our Graduate Academy.

You don’t need to know SAP, we will teach you the SAP skills.

Who can apply?

To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a recognised bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification from a tertiary institution, completed within the last two years or be completing prior to the commencement of the program in February 2027. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program and be able to work full-time.

The Graduate SAP Finance FI/CO position is recommended for but not limited to graduates who have studied Bachelor of Business Accounting, Commerce, Finance; or related fields.
