About Our Company

CCK Financial Solutions is an Australian-based company which builds treasury and capital markets software for banks and financial institutions. Our flagship product, Guava, is a third-generation treasury management system covering dealing, risk management, settlements, accounting and regulatory reporting. It is used by major banks across the region and is developed and supported from our Perth head office, with offices in Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, Manila and Jakarta.

About the Role

You will start with a six-month structured training and probationary period. During that time, you will:

- Learn the Guava software platform end to end.
- Learn how a bank's treasury operates day to day, from dealing and risk analysis through to settlement, accounting and reporting and how Guava supports their business.
- Work alongside experienced consultants on real client work.
- Build the analytical and problem-solving skills the job depends on.

At the end of the six months, your performance will be formally reviewed. Subject to a successful performance review, you will be offered a permanent position with CCK. Your salary will also be reviewed at this stage and, based on your performance, strengths and interests,



you will move into one of four teams: Guava Product, Guava Support, Guava Risk or Guava Implementation.

About You

Required:

- Bachelor's degree with a major in any commerce discipline (completed, or in your final semester).
- Strong mathematical and analytical ability with structured and logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and the confidence to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and technology.
- A cooperative approach and a willingness to learn.
- Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and VBA.
- Basic Python and SQL.
- No treasury or banking experience is required. We train you.
