Epping Plaza Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Gaming Supervisor to join our professional team in an overnight graveyard shift role. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, has exceptional problem-solving abilities, and can confidently oversee gaming operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all overnight gaming room operations

- Ensure compliance with Victorian gaming, liquor, and responsible gambling legislation

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive guest relationships

- Lead, mentor, nurture, and support team members to achieve individual and venue goals

- Foster a positive team culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Monitor gaming floor activity and assist patrons with gaming machine enquiries

- Perform gaming, cash, and operational audits

- Conduct security and venue compliance checks

- Handle large cash transactions accurately and professionally

- Balance tills, process payouts, and maintain cash control procedures

- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with RSA requirements

- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels

- Promote venue memberships, loyalty programs, and current promotions

- Respond effectively to customer concerns, incidents, and operational challenges

About You





- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Gaming Supervisor or similar leadership role within a hotel, club, or casino environment

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Strong cash handling, reconciliation, and auditing experience

- Proven ability to coach, develop, and support team members to achieve high performance standards

- Thorough understanding of Victorian gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements

- Experience across gaming, bar service, wagering, and customer service operations

- Confident communicator with excellent leadership skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- Highly reliable, organised, and self-motivated

- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts

Essential Requirements

- Current Victorian RSA Certificate

- Current Victorian RSG Certificate

- Current Victorian Gaming Employee License

- Availability to work overnight graveyard shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Desirable (Not Essential)

- TAB Accreditation (TAB Basics and/or Advanced)

- First Aid Certificate
