EasyAsset is looking for an unusually bright, analytical and ambitious early-career marketer who wants to learn fast and take on real responsibility.

You'll start by helping us grow our visibility across Google and AI search through SEO and GEO .

From there, we want you to progress into conversion optimisation, growth experiments, analytics and customer acquisition .

The goal isn't to turn you into an SEO specialist.

It's to develop you into someone who understands how businesses grow .

? What you'll work on

You'll initially focus heavily on:

- SEO
- finding opportunities to grow valuable organic traffic

- GEO

- improving EasyAsset's visibility across AI search and answer engines

- Content

- identifying and creating content that genuinely deserves to rank

- Analytics

- understanding traffic, leads and customer behaviour

As you develop, you'll move into:
- CRO
- improving landing pages, forms and funnels

- Experimentation

- developing hypotheses and running growth tests

- Acquisition

- exploring new ways to attract customers

- AI marketing

- finding better ways to research, analyse and execute using AI

- Growth projects





- testing new ideas across the EasyAsset business

? Who we're looking for Someone with around 2-4 years’ marketing experience who can operate independently with high accountability. We're also interested in how quickly you learn and how well you think .

You don't necessarily need a marketing degree. We'd happily consider someone from commerce, economics, analytics, psychology, engineering, science or another analytical discipline who wants to build a career in growth. ? Where this can lead

We expect the scope of this role to expand quickly for the right person. You could move from SEO and

GEO into owning areas such as:





CRO → Experimentation → Growth Analytics → Customer Acquisition → New Growth Initiatives
